Projector from theretrofitsource.com

Hey guys, I recently purchased an extra headlight to retrofit with a projector. I have come across several threads here recommending projectors from theretrofitsource.com. I think I'm going to go with this specific one, Bi-xenon: Sportbike Stage I Kit

Now my question is, do i have to do anything else besides dropping this kit into the housing (add hardware, cut anything, space the bulb out, etc)? I noticed the projectors from say the FX35 require modification for setting in place and adjustments later on and normally users add a piece of sheet metal to give it a clean look.

Thanks in advance for any help!

It is a complete drop in kit. Just open up your headlight and put the projector, bezel, and bezel lock ring if yours came with one. Don't think all the bezel came with or need one. No cutting required. The cut off is pretty nice so no sheet metal needed.

Thanks for the quick response, mate. This is perfect to hear since I'm not the best with cutting and modding things

The only problem I had was getting the light beam aimed properly. Other than that, it's a seriously good headlight.

wolfgun, did you manage to get the projector aimed at a comfortable level? and which projector did you go with (O, X, LHD, RHD...) or does that not matter?

EDIT: Just looked it up, I guess I need LHD in the US
