Ohlins rear shock

Anyone know the product code of the shock for VTR?

And if possible, some pics of the same... i think i've found a shock, but want to be sure it's for the SH!

Check the Ohlins Web site, it`s lsited there. You can also do a search on eBay, there is at least one on there, perhaps the code is listed....

Yes, but i'm looking for a real pics of the shock installed on a bike...

I've found a used shock and want to compare whit other real pics if possible...

It looks a lot like the stock setup but it has the adjuster and the remote res coming off of it.

this is only the type code, it stand for:
S - Single tube
H - Hose mounted reservoir
R1 - Adjustable rebound damping
C1 - Adjustable compression damping
S - Hose mounted hydraulic spring preload adjuster

The part number for the vtr is : HO 701

and some dimension:

Length: 346 mm
Stroke: 60 mm

another questions.......

Anyone have the standard set-up for compression and rebound? How many clicks from all close.... or all open...

And how adjust the preload, whit the idraulic adjuster?

Well here is a link that will take you to the mounting instructions and owners manual.

The base line is Reb @ 12 clicks and Comp @ 12 clicks. As for the Hyd adjuster, you measure the spring length and mount it with 15mm of preload and check to see if you can get the proper sag, if you can't dial it down enough, then remount the spring with 10mm of prelaod and try again.
