Lipo batteries and digital clocks
So I am wondering about this. My battery died and until a new one arrives I want to use my 6 cel lipo4 battery from my race bike. I had it under my seat and plugged it in to get me started a few times.
Question is can I use it full time for a few days even with my digital on the dash or will that kill it?
Thanks for any info.

I'm a bit confused about the "6 cell" in in your post. 3S, 2P would yield around 10.8 nominal, and about 12.6 fully charged. If your charging system is putting out 13.x to 14.x you will cook the cells.
Maybe I have this wrong, but I would look at the battery specs closer.

You should be ok, if you start the bike at list every few days.
It would be smart to have a quick disconnect though, did that and have no problems through two winters already.
I had at times more than two weeks connected just from laziness, but would not recommend that.
