jardine high mounts

i know i have another exhaust thread going, but anyone who had jardine high mounts could you please post pictures? do you have to remove the passenger foot pegs to have the jardine high mounts, or any high mounts for that matter? thanks

if you want, i can take some closer pics tomorrow

EDIT- you should note that not all of the systems allow you to retain passenger pegs. make sure you ask if you buy!

I would just like to note that inthe event that you get a system that does not allow to keep the pegs, something can be improvised. When I had my Micron high-mounts (now Josh's), I managed to use a set of ZX9 pegs with 13mm deep socket spacers. Painted it all black (kudos to Mick Jagger and Keith Richards) and I was good to go.

I'm pretty sure the black baloney thingy was on it when he bought it, the Jardine was the nicer replacement for the John Deere (pls correct me if I'm wrong, PRTSMN)!

Prtsmn,

What kind of rear turn signals are you running? Is there any way you could post a pic?

I've been waffling between Jardine RT-1s and Leo Vince exhausts. I think I'm gonna go with the Leos (since the Jardines have a rep for being louder), but am still trying to figure out what to do about the rear signals.

Thanks.

the signals look like a mototeck undertail. if you like the jardines just get the street baffles. i got my polished oval jardines with street baffles on saturday. i cant wait to hear them.

I just ordered the Jardine Black Round high mounts last night. Can't wait to get 'em! Been wanting an after market exhaust since I got the bike 3 years ago.....decided if I waited to save the coin for the Staintunes it wasn't ever gonna happen. I'm just hoping this exhaust has the low sound I'm after. If not, there's always ebay! I like the look of the round cans too. Does anyone know if these come standard with the "race" or "street" core? I didn't see a choice when I ordered online. Also - how hard is it to remove the jardine badging? I'm a fan of the "clean" look.
