Dual Carbon slip-on Exhaust for $160

Anyone know anything about this Dan Moto Exhaust?
It's pretty cheap at $160.

VTR 1000 F All Years Carbon GP [EX-00165] - $160.00

I would very politely ask of you to use the search function

Many others on the board don't take kindly to answering questions that have been asked already.

Just as a future reference.

I'm always suspicious when I see something along these lines as the contact info on a site:

Danmoto Motorcycle Accessories
Nanhuan Road 4025
Binjiang District
310053 Hangzhou
PR China

Not that you wouldn't receive what you order, but you'd probably get what you paid for -- not much.

MOV0AC.MOD - YouTube ... I know they are not the Carbon cans but the volume and baffel in each can is the same. Buddy of mine just picked up a SH and has the carbon ones.

It looks like the input to the can is the right size but the exit tube is larger. They also look like "shorty's". These cans will be ear-piercing loud. There could also be jetting issues based on how little restriction these cans provide. As is said above, search for threads involving any manufacturers of carbon cans for the Superhawk. Superhawks chew them up and throw them on the road.

I hear good things about them. Especially for the price. Made in China which is NOT a bad thing. Quality issues are no longer "issues".

I have them..very well made. They are not a 500 to 1000 dollar exhaust nice but still very nice. They are a bit loud, not harley drag pipe loud. It is a nice deep tone that sounds good and very mean. At full throttle loud and deep loud and at idle it just a deep V-twin thumps little less than a harley idle in loudness . I leave for work early and worry they are a bit much in the mornings, but I have asked the neighbors and I have no complaints. They sell a separate baffle for them, which I do not have, so I do not no if it make a difference. In case you did order them you know there is a baffle, I believe $7 for each. I can take up close pictures of them if you can not find any online.

I shimmed the needles, but I did that before I got the exhaust and have not noticed any need to jet.

My thoughts...well worth it for a trackbike...a good buy for a street bike on a budget that could not find some nice used pipes or you like the look.
