I would go to a local exhaust shop and see if they can make you some custom mids. I was quoted 35 for the set.

Well I just installed my bike with Akrapovic Racing Line Complete System for my VTR100F and the article said High mounts, but they are not much higher then stock... But the sound is awesome!
