900rr braced swingarm

I just got done cutting off the brace from a doner 900rr swingarm, and just won a 900rr caliper mount on ebay. Anyone have a picture of theirs done so I can make sure the brace won't interfere with caliper seeing I don't have the caliper mount yet. I searched, lots of posts about people done it, but can't seem to find pics.

Any help will be appreciated.

I hate to bring up an old one, but i had a question and it applied to this thread.

Im getting ready to do my own braced swingarm and the 900RR bracket is looking like alot better of a solution to the caliper clearance problem then cutting into the brace to make room. my question is how hard is cutting the slot off of the 900RR brace on the swingarm that holds it in place and welding it on the VTR arm.

As far as I know (I haven't tested...) It should work without cutting and welding to the bracket mount...
The stock VTR bracket has a mount that should be similar to the one on the 900RR... the difference being the length and angle of the bracket...

Hawkness, mine was all fabbed up and polished when I bought it so I can't answer your question directly, but here's a link that might help
