Work in progress

Well I don't want to start a new thread for every little thing I do to my bike, so I'll just start one where I update the little stuff I'm constantly changing.

Firstly, when I got the bike, my brake reservoir was ziptied sideways to my brake line, so I cut out and powder coated a simple bracket to keep it in place. And yes, I know there is no fluid in the reservoir...

And I'm sure this gets done often... but I started polishing my right side engine cover. I'm not done yet, it's still pretty rough. Thoughts? Opinions?

Whoa I think that right side engine cover looks pretty awesome all polished up. Did you just use a Dremel tool or something like that to get it to look that way?

About 1000 times better than before but still a tad rich. And despite no apparent damage to my petcock diaphragm, it needs to be shut off over night to prevent flooding. And I want to try the stock snorkel to see if that helps anything but other than that it's doing well.

Nah I just did it with some sand paper. I didn't have anything really fine on hand though so it needs some more work.
