speedo/tacko mod

modifing my vtr to streetfighter but still wanted to use my original instruments . old instument casing was to big and wrong shape heres a few photos of my modified instruments just got to paint it in satin black

nah all cut by hand . drilled the bolt holes first . boltted alloy and backspacer used hole saw to cut windows . un bolted and cut outside shape in ally then bolted all back together an sanded perspex to shape using ally as template . sanded spacer 3mm smaller bolted that to back plate at the corect space and then layed up fiberglass casing . a water jet would have been a lot easer but i couldn`t find one in the old mans shed

Great work. Keep us posted on this task as we hope to work off it. We are rebuilding a 98 to a streetfighter; fabricating a subframe with dual undertail exhaust ala Ducati. See pics here:

Shayne, which blinker mirrors are those on your bike, I am thinking about moving my blinkers to the mirrors. Any trouble hooking them up?
