Replacement Body Work
Greetings friends~
I have been gone for a long time doing the whole Navy thing and my luck, it's already winter here on the East Coast. I figure it would be a great time to work on my bike and really appreciate the beauty of my machine, but I definately need some help...
I have been looking into getting a replacement Upper Fairing for my bike. I have a brand new one, thanks to the truck that hit me, but I would like a second one to keep on the bike year round. Anyone know of any OEM or Aftermarket company that does a decent job making replacement fairings?
I have been looking at Sharkskinz but dont know anyone that delt with them for anything other than their Lower. Let me know if you guys can help. THANKS.

after I crashed my hawk and destroyed all my front end body work, I got sharkskinz street legal fairing. cheaper, lighter and way stronger than the stock plastic. and it comes as one solid piece. you do need to mount some hardware to the fairing cowl, and it gets rid of that useless light above the headlight.
does anyone know how much the OEM factory replacement front fairings are? and where the best place to buy them is? I was looking at them on bike bandit but I don't have anyone to compare their prices to, also the fiche is really confusing and i don't know how to figure out which color matches which code.

Service Honda has better prices, but the website isn't as easy to use. Go to Ronayers and get the part number and paste it on at service honda.
As far as colors go, I just happened to be reading my Haynes manual on the throne today and read some what I thought to be useless information...On the subframe somewhere there is a white sticker with the paint codes on it.
