Well, the belly pan came with 2 long bolts and 4 small ones but I don't believe they are all required. I was in a panic first when I saw the instructions because they were in Japanese but after looking @ it, it wasn't that hard at all. 1 side, you use the existing hole used for the grey piece (stock) and a bracket supplied goes attached to a bolt holding the clutch cover bolt. The other side, you use a bracket supplied to bolt to one screw attached to the crankcase cover and the other you have to remove the kickstand (2 bolts) and put a bracket supplied underneath it and re-attach it. Pretty simple.
The black plastic actually matches pretty good but it still needs to be painted though. A few markings are present from the mold.
Believe it or not, but i haven't been charged for it yet, crazy hey. I'll let you know though.

It seems the magicracing English site is down. What's your belly pan made of? I assume fiberglass, but there are several prices listed on the website.... not sure what the difference is? That is a great looking piece, I've been looking around for a Mariwoki (sp?) but they are kinda rare and pricy when you find one. Yours looks just like it.
