I bought this holder at Ross for $4.99, drilled a hole in the plastic neck cap, bolted the ball joint to the neck cap, and the holder has a socket with a tightening nut that connects to the ball joint. It can swivel and be positioned in portrait or landscape, tilted side to side and up and down, and holds the phone very solid. I got the idea from the ram mounts.
