F1 Fan in Nascar Land is an unknown quantity at this point

Need Torque Spec on Frame Slider Bolt

Here is the link to the sliders I just bought on ebay. Can anyone please give me the Torque Spec on the bold this replaces. If it matters I have a 03 superhawk

The manual has three settings. 47 lbs on the hanger bolt, 2.2 lbs on the adjusting bolt and 40 lbs on the lock nut. Hope this helps.
