I just got home from work and it was here. I have been saving for some trick bits, and this was on my list. It was close to 400$, but well worth it. Ill have pictures by tomorrow night after I change my oil and oil filter. Im pretty excited!!

Ha ha. If I had a heated garage and it wasn't 13 degrees out it would be on already. I got it from magical racing (obviously) but what I did was went to the American site and emailed them and asked for pricing for the VTR1000F parts on their Japanese site. Simon emailed me back and gladly explained pricing. I sent the money via paypal, and a month later here it is! I will def post pictures when I get it on tomorrow, even if my girlfriend comes over.

yeah, its a pretty awesome thing being 20. No wife. No "allowance". I am pretty responsible with my income and save every penny. But I do like to indulge in nice things once in a while.

See, GeMs' problem is that he gives up certain necessities...like bed sheets, to buy cool-*** ****** parts for his Superhawk!

Nice, bro. Now post up whole-bike pics before I ban your ***!

I used some thermal heat tape to protect the inside where the exhaust was close..

And the final product. Don't mind the missing tank or seat, I'm in the process of re-jetting and removing the PAIR system.

What about me? you SURELY where not suggesting i'm a "patient" person at all right? lol

Looks good.. once you get the tanke and seat put back on, and some daylight, post a couple more pics... But it looks good... I like the black graphics, black cans, and now black lower... that was the best color to pull off the black acc's with...

I did.. didn't even see it...

and the tented wind deflector. and i'm assuming you went with the smoke tail light?

Very nice though... Had there been a choice, and yellow was available... I would have more than likely went yellow.. although not sure as blue is my favorite color...

oh.. you know what mod would be really awesome to go with the black/yellow theme... get a black seat too.....

Never thought of that one. I'm gonna have to hit up ebay, riding without a seat was pretty annoying.. Couldnt last more than 5 miles. Anyways, yellow is the ultimate Superhawk color.

I think that lower would look better on a white bike. Ship that sucka to me and I'll take some pics with ALL the bodywork. I'll even load the bike on the trailer, drive down to FL and go for a ride just to test it all out, all in the name of progress of course. I'm willing to sacrifice here, okay?

Go out and buy a sheet for your bed and put it behind your VTR and take another pic of the lower first, cuz I can't see the dam thing above!

Geeze.. Thats not even my bed. That was in the guest room where I keep all my stuff. But I cant wait for the jet kit to come in and a decent day to take more pictures/ride. Post some pics of your white bike.. I always thought a white hawk would look sweet.

That's fuked up, dude. I'm concentrating so hard on the dorked up shape of the tank that I totally forgot about the MR lower!
