Looking for a Tank Protector
Looking for a Tank Protector
I really like this one my buddy has for his VFR (specially made for it) its just a plain grey plastic that says honda on it and I was wondering if they have anything out there for the VTR that is nice looking other then the carbon fiber ones I always see, just looking for something classier looking.

Check out the Progrip tank protector 5506 resin.
It does have some carbon fiber look on it that fades into your chosen color.
If you place it just right, it folows the curve in the tank nearly perfect. They are cheap, it works, and if you are not happy you can change it easily.
I used an alcohol pad to clean any wax/dirt/oil from the area. Don't let dirt or lint get on the adhesive or it will look "hairy" around the edges.
Ron Ayers hase them cheap.
