Dont know if tapewerks is still around but they used to do that stuff. For me I would look for a local sighn shop & show them the pic.

Tapeworks doesn't have a license to do the Honda wings or symbols anymore. I think it has been 2 or 3 years.

is it a graphic from another bike that is used on it? Could a local shop copy it?

Looks like it was probably the tapeworks bike specific wings, but you could always just generic wing decals and cut and shape them.

You might want to try a company that does vehicle wraps.

They will scan an image in, tweak it, than use a large scale graphic printer and put it out on vinyl for you.

Yeah their website specifically says "the following kits (without Honda trademarks or logos)..."
