dual tail lights

I know I've seen them on here before. I just searched through all of the members rides and did searches for tail lights and everything it might fall under. I even google searched. I'm looking for the set up that takes off the whole red lens and just covers the two tail light bulbs with circular little red lens caps. Anybody know what I'm talking about? Am I retarded or something? Any direction on where I can pick this up would be greatly appreciated.

I don't see a place to put the lock for underseat storage on either of these undertails. Is that space usually sacrificed when you replace the stock piece?

I know its not a lot of space but I managed to fit a small tool kit and a rain jacket under my seat. Does anyone have experience with these two specific undertails? They look pretty slick.
