Cutting fairings?

Cutting fairings?

Did a little searching with not much luck. Anyone know if a thread for the proper way to cut on stock fairings without busting them up? Thanks guys.

If I was to cut fairing panels I'd use an air saw, with where I wanted cutting marked up on masking tape - There was a chap with a red storm that had trimmed his into a half-fairing, you could pm him.

i used a dremel with a cutting wheel and masking tape and a little patience.

dremel. the plastic is not brittle, so you should be fine.
