Broken tail light mounts :(

So the story goes like this.

I worked from home all of December and my car and bike battery died so I replaced the car battery and had faith that my bikemaster true gel could deal with it.

A few weeks ago a coworker was having a going away party about 25 miles from home. So I geared up and rode out there.
Turns out I went to the wrong restaurant, so I went to the right one. Turns out I had the wrong week and no one was there! So I needed some gasoline and air for my front tire. I stopped and got air. Powered her on went to the punp and filled up. after the fill up she would not turn over enough to start! I tried push starting myself with no success when a nice man said hey I can help you. so he got behind me and pushed me, but the bike would not start. I was not watching what he was doing and he pushed in my tail light damaging the mounts for the tail light . The story goes on I took off all my gear and we tried jumping the bike which did not work so then we charged up the battery for a bit and viola the bike started. during this process I took off my gear and set it down. I put the gear back on and headed down the highway. Turns out I put my gear in a red ant pile. I had a fun ride home...

Anyways I took off the tail and got the light remounted and it was all good until last night when I noticed that the tail had come loose again.

So what are your suggestions for mounting this back on permanently using supplies that can be bought and carried in a tank bag (my car is dead forever) ?

Geek, that was one long story.

I've fixed this before.

ABS cement, packing tape (or plastercine)... drill bit.

Time to remake the tabs. ABS cement is just ABS with Acetone, so it stays in a liquid form. You are going to put the tape, or plastercine underneath to keep the ABS cement in place, and pour it into the mould.

Wow, lol, that was one bad night. Red ants suck! Glad you survived and have a plan.
