2002 honda vtr1000f fairing swap

Have a superhawk received on trade... Guy did a f'ed up paint job on it, and really dont like the single headlight look, or the full size seat... Was wanting to get the aftermarket vtr1000 rc51 style with the double headlight and add a pillion seat w/undertail ...want the full fairing... Kinda like r1... Any help will greatly be appreciated!

So, decided to go w/ 01' cbr600cbr f4i subframe and undertail kit.... Thinking on just making a bracket for lower subframe mounts.. Think it should be a lot easier mod than cutting stuff up....we'll see i guess. Will post picks as mod happens, waiting on parts now...still not sure on front/side fairings... Any ideas?

That's a very nice looking bike you have there erno. If you follow the diaganol line down from the bottom of the tail to the fairing lower/belly pan. I think the top of the fairing lower/belly pan would look great with a bit of Red giving you a straight line rather than the wiggly shape on the bottom of the side fairing.

Erno,
I've seen that picture of youre bike several times and it's an awesome looking ride! However, this is the first time I noticed the paint job on the wheels and calipers. Really cool idea man! They kinda just blend in with the rest. Subtle but nice touch.

What year is your super hawk? Also which bottom fairing/belly pan did you use on it? I am looking into getting a belly pan but would like one similar to the one in your picture.

Believe it's a lower fairing from sharkskinz.com

That's what I have. If it isn't, the sharkskinz looks indentical to that
