The grounding is the same as for the brake/tail LED's, ie no need for another cable... Just plug them into the other cables where your other signals are, or where if you are removing them... The orange and blue cables are power for each side, green are ground... The white striped ones are running lights, those aren't used...

The resistors are indeed ceramic... They aren't for low power like the small one's that you have probably seen before, but to act like a 5W+ load on 12V, so they need to be bigger... I would get a load independant flasher relay instead if you haven't already got one...

BTW, keep the other signals if you can, it's not that easy to see the signals in an integrated one, if you are braking at the same time... You will benefit from having "real" signals...

Ok so now some problems. I got the blinkers and running lights working. The actual brake light does not work. I tested and there is power at the plug when I apply it. If I give power with a jumper wire I can get the lights working. major problem though. My clocks stopped powering up. WTH. all the fuses are in tact and the bike runs but now indicators come on at all

Omg nvm one fuse did blow at the very edge and now I am working again. whew!

Still have the stop light problem though.

Try turning the connector around 180 degrees in the socket... LED's only work if you get the input and output correct...
