i like the screen to. im 6'7" so i cant look through it even when in a tuck. it also makes the white gauge face look red in the day light.
jardines with street baffles have a great sound and are loud enough to get that v twin bark but not so loud you cant hear somone talking to you 2 hours after riding.

Nice bike, too bad its red....just kidding.
Is the Lockhart Phillips windscreen the same thickness as stock?
Something sprayed on my stock one and it won't clean or polish off, so I'm looking for a dark smoke replacement and I don't want a double bubble.

i dont like the look of most of the bouble bubble screens and the stock one works good enough for me since its not a track bike but i might ge a clear one if i ever do a track day.
VTRsurfer - yes it is the same thickness as stock.

This color dispute is solved easily by looking at a stop light.
When you see red, your slow or stopped. Or stupid. So assuming your not stupid on a red bike, Red bikes are slow.
When you see yellow, you go:
A: bloody fast
B: slow down
you kinda break the difference and just go fast.
Green means fast, and only bloody fast otherwise there is a possability of getting rear ended. (I try to ignore Kawi references here, think of it more as a lambo reference).
Sorry guys, red means stop. Your just figting what your bike's color naturally wants you to do when you move it.
And lets be honest... who wants to ride a green bike.....(I do !!)

ok, I have to admit it so people aren't too upset........
1 red car
1 white car (red interior, 80's style)
1 red bike
1 yellow superhawk
the reds have it in my garage... BUT... vehicles in order of speed (slowest to fastest);
red bike
red car, white car (same approx)
yellow bike
I like em all.

Nice VTR Charles. I grew up in Moreno Valley as well, Used to live off of Cottonwood and Heacock. My uncle still lives out there off Perris and Kitching. Decent place to live... kinda nice being outside of the city.
