I went for a short freeway ride yesterday but conditions were less than ideal (cold and wet, with new tires). I will be going out today for a more meaningful ride and will report back. I did notice when wheeling it into the garage that the front brakes are dragging noticeably more than before (no big surprise as the pads are brand new, should get remedied today as the they bed in), so that skewed the results I am sure......

 

As a dutchman i can't help but asking.... how much of bike is standing their ?

This is the nicest bike I've seen on here so far. How much modifiying did it take to get those bars on there. What bars are they? All you need is the lower fairing to finish it. I don't have one but I know they are expensive. I usually don't comment on everyone's rides on here but I had to give you some props for this one. Tim

 

No lower fairing. Yuck.

 

Stock oil cooler lines and footpeg brackets, rear caliper above the swingarm, worm-drive hose clamps on the header wrap and no rear stand spools on the swingarm, and I could go on. The horror of it all!

 

yes i meant how much have you spent on it so far..... i would LOVE to ride it come on how doesnt, i guess when you come up to modern bikes they look at it like weird old bike and then if their lucky and the light doesnt change green and look at more closely and then you rip them a new one when the light changes.... please tell me that happened once

 

Happened to me... Swallowed up and spit out a worked over late model CBR600RR...
