Hey guys and gals, another new member here. I picked up my 2004 Superhawk a few months ago and man, am I loving it. After riding inline 4's for many years, I cant believe that I didnt ride a twin sooner! Like I said, its an '04 with 2400 miles on her
I plan to keep this bike for a LONG time! Phoenix, Arizona riders hit me up!

Ive not been on alot of rides out your way, im in Tempe so I usually head east to ride.
They are Shinko 003's, they do alright but ill go with something else once they wear down.
Im not really big on the gold rims either. I think im going to spray the centers black and polish the lips.

I also think the charcoal engine covers look better than the sand ones but with the gold rims it actually seems to tie it together a little. I have been drooling over the 848 too but sadly its not in my near future. Plus I would kinda feel like I was cheating with the girl next door...

I actually like the sand color on the sidecases versus the charcoal color. The sand color matches the fork tubes nicely.
I removed the Super Hawk 996 stickers from the side fairings yesterday, much cleaner look. Ill post up pics this weekend. I also trimmed down the rear fender some more. I love this bike!
Ahhh, you dont know about the Pavilions.... The Pavilions is a shopping center in Scottsdale(Indian Bend Rd./101) that hosts an ongoing car show every Saturday evening all year round in their giant parking lot. Hundreds of classic hot rods/muscle cars and motorcycles come out, as well as modern exotics.
I ended up going last night around 9pm and it was already thinning out. I saw some really nice bikes though! Check it out:
