New Member New Ride

So i just picked this baby up yesterday. Its a 98 has 30,xxx miles and is in great shape. Got it for 800 bucks. I will add more pics soon. BTW dont give me crap about the extended swing arm. I already have a stock one coming from ebay that i got for 35 bucks.

Thanks peeps. I had a 2004 ZX10 that i used to ride but this is my first Honda. Any thing i should look out for dealing with these bikes?

First off, Welcome. From the research I have done on this site: CCT's (Cam Chain Tensioner's) Regualtor Rectifier Swap, Not sure where you are located but if you want to take it to the track, a Revalve for the front forks and a rebuilt F4i rear shock from Jamie, and brake upgrade. Make the upgrades as you can afford, thats my route and so far a rejet and Aftermarket exhaust has been serving me well. Hope this helps. -Squid-

Congrats on the new bike,welcome to the forum.
Everything you need to know is here,down load the service manual from the forum.
Hold on to that extended swing arm,I think someone on here wanted one for their bike.
Good choice changing swing arm,will be alot more fun.

thanks everyone. Not sure on the length. Id have to measure but if i had to guess I would say between 6 and 8 inches.

Hm. I was considering a little bit of added length myself. Nothing major. I feel like yours is probably longer than I'd like. I might look into doing a 3" one though.
