very nice build just two questions

where are the specs?

and what color are you planning on painting it?... not that I dont like the grey primer/yellow/white paint scheme you got going on

Yeah looks like a ship in primer Grey.
I'm still working on the race paint lol

as for specs Its a revolution Roger Ditch field motor.
Stage II moriwaki motor.
With some moriwaki Carb internals and velocity stacks.
The headers are Titanium made just for the bike again from Roger.
Its yet to be dynoed since having the nut and bolt Refresh.
Last time out it was a healthy 135bhp on the rear.
At the moment I'm sticking to weight reduction.
Ali subframes are planned and also trying my hand at making more carbon fiber parts. ( air box and body panel's)

The rolling chassis side of things is Penske shock with ride height and high and low speed compresion adjustment.
98 Fireblade forks revalved by Roger.
PFM brakes (rc30) and new Sintered metal pads.
Its work in progress.
Have to say I own a 998 ducati and I still come back from Vtr days with a massive grin.
The firestorm-superhawk are fantastic bikes.

Hi reg1972, I'm heading over to the Manx GP this year , it will be great to see a vtr racing. Are you going to race it yourself? What category do they race in?
It would be nice to meet up for a pint 'n' a chat. Post more pics when you get it painted, it looks the business. cheers.

no manx for me this year.
rules say I need more signatures.
Not to worry I live here so I can wait.
But hey if you want to meet up that would be cool. Might even get you out to some of the better veiwing spots. Local knowledge.
