Looks great. Did you lower the front end also?
It is snowing here so I look at those sunny, summer like pictures and just feel like moving back south so I could ride everyday.
Take care,

Wow. Nice single-sided exhaust. Makes the rear-end look lighter.

Even with high-mounts, it adds a lot of visual-weight to the rear. It's not just my fat-*** on the bike.

You haven't touched the rear suspension besides the spacers?

rear suspension is stock. i weigh 220 so its very close to perfect for me.
btw ur rear tire looks to have very low pressure there haha.

That's because the rider weighs 235 with no gear. :O

IIRC, the rear was at 22-23psi, as per Michelin's recommendation...

Right. Pilot Race. I couldn't believe the tire guy when he said run 'em at 18 psi.

That guy was wrong. Should be 22-23 psi cold. Closer to 26-27 hot.

Right. I went with 22, which is what I had heard from other forums. I just couldn't believe the tire guy wanted me to set 'em at 18.

I'm sorry, but I don't like that pipe. I think you're going to loose power becaue it's too restrictive.

Why do you think Honda produces it with two canisters????

it's a BIG V-TWIN. It needs to breath.

i believe you are mistaken. the midpipe is 2" ID which is thicker than stock, but it does shoot hard puffs of air out the rear.....i also have a few questions about my jetting. btw i spent a whole 60 bucks on the setup so i dont care.

The little canister you have set up will not allow the exhaust of both cylinders to exit fast enough.
I actually think stock would be less restrictive.

Even if the inside dia. was 10 inches it still gets bottle necked at the can.

I think you wasted 60 bucks.

well i destroyed the stock cans by experimenting, and the bike is fast enough to beat a race spec buell xb12r, and stay right next to a zx-10r all the way to 10k...thanks for your input, rob.

The wheels look great, did you have them done or sand and buff out the parts of it yourself? ( I'm thinking of stealing the look of your wheels for my Hawk...)

I think your 2 into 1 pipe looks great !
Nice job!

For those doubters the only way to tell if there is a power loss is to dyno it & check the results.
Watch for another dyno run special at Al Lamb's Dallas Honda.
They do 1/2 price runs sometimes. Just sign up on their mailing list.

Jim Sabin has a $30 special on Dyno runs right now!
Just found out when looking for his web site to post the link for you.
I need to do one on the 600RR - that's a cheap dyno run!
He's at I35 & Walnut Hill.
http://sabinperformance.com
He's a good guy & former CMRA racer.
Has helped me with both my old Superhawk & new 600RR

IT would be interesting to see your results.
Bet it's very close to the same as with 2 cans.
