Re: CNI Dawg's '03 VTR - latest upgrade photos

My good old Superhawk was a bit out-classed riding with these 2 kind of bikes.
Their riders are a lot more experianced than I am.
No excuse, I still can't corner worth beans
They were dayum good looking bikes.
Got to ride the MV Agusta 10 miles.
Wow ! What a nice bike (but a pretty dang stiff suspension)

Wow...I like your bike...now it looks nothing like mine :-P

Heat shield on the pipe....did you make that or where did you buy it?

Definitly some sick looking rides....meh on the R1...holy hell on the MV....I've always wanted one of those....

Re: CNI Dawg's '03 VTR - latest upgrade photos

the heat shields are TBR & outrageously expensive! (from star cycle)
I got them ceramic coated along with the pipes so it all looked the same.

Ya the MV Agusta is a really nice bike & way too expensive for my pocket book.
My buddy just got it & had just finished breaking it in.
It transports gonads (hauls ***!)
Completely different ride from the VTR.
A way smaller bike , quicker steering, stiffer suspension, higher reving, and very little engine braking. I was suprised it had Marzocchi forks but Nissan 6 piston brake calipers. but they worked a lot better than the VTR brakes.
Beautiful paint. looked like you could just sink your hand into it. Gotta love Italain red bikes :-)

Oh well....I'll be happy with my Japenese Ducati (superhawk) at 1/2 the price
It's more bike than I am rider for !
