Black Superhawknicity

Some may recall that I was planning a street fighter build with this bike. Limited by my resources (money, time, skill), I have decided to scrap the concept. I'm quite happy with that decision. Here's what I ended up with.

2004 VTR1000F
-Jardine RT-1s ceramic painted
-Thermal Zero exhaust wrap
-R/R
-LP Flush mount signals
-CRG bar-end mirrors
-Clear Alternatives integrated tail light
-T-Rex frame sliders
I've also got a set of Krieger CCTs that will be going in within the next couple of weeks. Thanks to all of you who answered my many questions regarding my repairs, upgrades, and mounting. Most of you did this unwittingly. A big thanks to the "search" button on this oddly slow running site.

I guess I can see that now that you typed it. I was going for a slightly rat look. Nice with just enough crappiness is my motto. Don't want to be too much of a fancy boy!

Thanks guys. I put a good amount of studying and slow work into this little project. I'm new at it all and don't know much of anything that I didn't see here or elsewhere on the infosuperhighway.

It boggles me how much can be shared these days, instantaneously, from expert sources. It's just at the crest of my learning, but remember trying to figure out stuff from the public library using the Dewey Decimal system?

There are still tons of books in there naming Pluto as the 9th planet!

Yes. It used to be work to learn. Now I spend the vast majority of my conscious time at home, reading anything and everything online. It is the third best invention of all time. Right behind birth control and motorcycles. In that order.
