Aftermath

Here's the hawk after lowsiding. I'm waiting on fairings. I think I'll set it up with a single rad that I can put on and off. That way I can street fighter it or run with the stock look.

Yeah, left hand corner exitting I lost the rear on a concrete patch and left about 30 feet of black before the rear end passed me doing about 50mph. I guess I'm lucky it didn't hook up and high side me. I broke my wrist. Pins removed on Tuesday, rode on Thurday. Cheers

did you do the paint yourself, or have it painted? I am thinking of doing something similar since I just low sided mine and am looking for plastics.

I painted to this point with flat black primer. I made the front cowl out of fiberglass by using the middle front fairing piece and the windscreen as a template. I'm waiting on a colour choice but black with grey looks cool.
