I believe the term you are looking for is "Roar to the Shore." I live near Camden and would go except I'm away at school.
I currently have a Hawk GT and I'm looking for my VTR (might not buy until early spring).
And, like you, I don't know of any good twisties in the area. All of the twisties I know of have super slow speed limits and little kids playing nearby.
Were do you live Maniac?
Anyone know of good rides around the Philly/S Jersey area?

Headed to O.C. for bike week this weekend. If you need some ideas for roads, check out http://www.pasportbikes.com/ . You could find some local riders too.

I'm in Delran. As for good roads, Buck's county is a good place to start. Take Rt 32 from Washington's Crossing up the PA side of the deleware. When you get bored following the river, take a left and head up in the hills around allentown/bethlehem.
the DE/PA border area is a good place to ride as well. I've started on Rt 82 then look for smaller side roads. I never know the names, but good riding.
I have plans this weekend, but if y'all get together, let me know...
If you are looking for a long weekend, the Breezewood, PA area is unbelievealbe (S. PA/MD/WV - start on Rt 30). I've heard that the Grand Canyon of PA is good too (N. center PA), but that is still on the "to do list" so I can't speak from personal experience.
