This is a ride that I've been trying to do for years. If you've been on route 50 west of Winchester, you know it's like the Dragon for 180 miles! Here's the route that I'm taking. I've chosen June 12th, because hockey season should be over by then. I'll be accompanied by two of my close friends. Luis has a 2009 VFR and Jess has a Ninja. Both very experienced and very good to ride with. There may be a few others coming with me as well. Good times will be had by all.

June 11, 0830: Meet up at my place for warrior's breakfast (it's a Marine thing, Steak and Eggs).

1000: Stands up, hit the road.

1400: Stop for Lunch in small mountain town with cold beer.

Now, according to Googlemaps, it's about a 6 hour ride. I don't anticipate it taking any less than 10 hours cuz' I like to enjoy rides with pictures, some videos, etc...

Once we get to Pburg, we're gonna find a hotel, park the bikes for the night and hit the night life!

June 12th, whenever the hangover subsides: Do the whole thing again, back to Virginia. Plenty of time to plan for this one, I'm open to suggestions, meetup places, etc... Let me know if you're in and I'll send you my address.
