Not looking to do a squid ride and see how many corners the group can blow,, how many close calls can be had, or bet on WHICH riders bike will go home on a trailer.. But would like to get together and do a spirited group ride to someplace,, have lunch, ride some more, ect ect. I'm near Killeen and would be willing to ride a bit to get a group together. Thinking 8 or 9 July if it's a weekend ride.. or any day between 5 July and 14 July.

 

I have thought about riding down your way, heading to San Antone, Just haven't built up the endurance yet for a long distance ride....If your ever up north of Dallas, give us a shout out.....

 

After I get a few problems sorted out with the SH I may be up for a ride at some point. I live in NW Houston.
I think you need to push your dates back until this damn rain moves out.

I would, but I'm on leave now,, so ride now is what I was looking for. No worries... I'm riding dirt the last few days...and taking the SuperChicken out tomorrow. Would still be up for a group ride with my fellow SH riders,, other wise I'll have to ride with the I4 crowd..LOL

I was just in the hills (Leakey/337) during the 4th on a family vacation. The Frio felt GOOD! Very few bikes venturing out. I guess it was the rain. Lot's of DPS crusiers lurking about too.

 

Army yes, thats what the name tag has said for the last 21 years or so...,, New here, kind of,, I was bronco78, but, have not been able to get that user name to login, or the password gizmo to work, so just re-registered.

 

I was wondering what happened to you. Weren't you in the DFW area before?

 

I'm in round rock so I'd be up for a ride just give me enough time to put the street body work and my kick stand back on :-)

 

Nope.. Moved here in Nov...Been in the Fort Hood area the entire time.

Think I'll ride someplace this weekend... for sure.. But I'm up for any day between now and the 17th. Rode dirt yesterday,,,, working on bikes today.. Riding dirt agin tomorrow, unless something better comes up(something better then riding with my son,,,,not likley,, but ya never know )
