Underseat Exhaust

Anyone seen this? It may be a repost, but awsome undertail anyway. Anyone know anything about this?

No idea...it's such a random website..

It's tuff to tell what he did to get it in there.. is that an extended swingarm for clearance? It looks a couple inches longer. Good Idea if it is!

Expensive, but check this out. Unfortunate that I hear they just had a price increase. I bought mine from RL Motorcycle online. When I ever get all my stuff mounted, I'll post a photo. This one is from Staintunes site.

I would like to see how he routed the rear cylinder exhaust, and how he got down and back through the swing arm.. along with the shock...

Yeah, Looking again, I think the swingarm is stock, I can see where the rear footpegs hit the tire area. It's mind boggling though, it looks like the rear cyl exhaust goes along side of the shock..

Looks pretty good. I still like the symmetry of 2 pipes with one on both sides. The undertail is still pretty sweet though.

Any one tell me the size of the stock header pipes? Would 1 3/4 inch diameter pipe be good enough.. then up size to 2'' to go into cans?

Josh is an unknown quantity at this point
I'm running a single can with 2" going into it and seems to be running fine. Now I need to do some fancy routing!

I like it, but I think I like the twin pipe look is better. Makes the bike look meaner.

I like the shotgun-style myself, dual exhaust on one side? Beautiful

He's on www.ozfirestorm.org. real clean setup, 2 into one, the front goes up threw the swinrarm and meets the rear in a collector under the seat. Ha said he lost a little bottom end, but gained on the top. I'm thinking of doing a similar setup using a Devil can now that we can get them agian.

I saw a VTR with underseat exhaust last year. I was on another quest to get a wrecked bike for a project and drove a couple hours with truck and trailer to find a POS. It had underseat exhaust. The battery was turned sideways in the tray and the pipe was right next to it. It had heat tape around it, but all the wiring was melted still. It was definitely a budget job and very loud with just an exhaust tip for a car on the end. Oh and the brake light was 1 marker light for a trailer. Just 1 teeny light. I didn't buy it...

I was out for a ride in San Diego and saw an under seat prototype on a SV650 and asked the guy if plans were in the making for a VTR set up. I told him I was sure ther would be a market. I think it was Wolf.....but not sure. Never thought of this until this thread.

Update: look above.......
