Superhawk at Mugu Rock in SoCal

Ended up meeting up with my wife and son this afternoon at Mugu Rock during an afternoon break from work. Had to get some shots of the SH on the coast. I am no professional photographer and only have a small point and click but the day was beautiful and it really made that blue shine!

The rock is left of the bike. They had the main parking spot closed today while they were filming some scenes for a movie. Not sure what they were filming but we had to park between Mugu Rock and Pt Mugu Naval Air Station.

'Cause you want to bundle up in goose down, put on your Mickey Mouse boots, fire up the Johnny Hand Warmer and head over to the Winter Carnival to see the ice sculptures?

I love Minnesota. Lived in Uptown (Lagoon Ave. between Hennepin and the lakes) for four years. A 90 second walk from the beach at Lake Calhoun.

Chock full of blonde, blue eyed, bikini clad Norwegian-American women eager to spend some quality time with me.

Twin cities are a great place to live. You could do a lot worse. There's more to life than motorcycles. Blue eyed blonde Norwegian-American women in bikinis come to mind.

True, although you don't see too many dressed that way this time of year .

I know that area. Great place to be. But when I see pics of the blue ocean, I remember when I was stationed out in southern Cal and it brings back some good memories.

The Twin Cities are great! I have been there once and would not mind going back a few times. I really liked what I saw the first time!

Sounds like all you need is all I need;

1) a winning lotto ticket

2) a comfy house on Lake of the Isles

3) a condo on the beach in SoCal

4) a Mooney Acclaim to go back and forth whenever I feel like it.

Is that too much to ask?
