Don't underestimate being slow. I believe in the "go slow to go fast" modus operandi.
Couple constructive comments: I noticed you weren't trail braking which will allow you to carry more speed through the turn without feeling like you're riding over your head; and you're leaning off to the side, but not forward enough. Your head will come closer to the camera and might even get into your line of vision if you don't look further through the turn.
Main thing is to have fun.

summit main? i went there for a weekend last month, which was my first time on a track. VIR is like glass compared to Main.
your right i dont trail brake, i like to get one thing down before i start the next, and as you noticed i have some more work to do on body position. still need to line up my uper body with my butt better. i cant get down much lower though, unless i chop about 3" off my legs to make room for my elbows.
oh and it only got up to the mid 50's, and the sun never came out, so it was a pretty easy going day for the tires.

rearsets help? I loosened my pegs and rotated them back about an inch, then cut some thick aluminum strips, drilled holes, an used them to hold in place. Resulted in 1" rearward and 1 1/2" upward. Or you can purchase. Rearsets put you into a more favorable position for hanging off/knee down.
