It's back again! This is like the third time this thing's been on ebay...unless there's actually more than one of them...remember the discussion last time-probably built for/by someone with a disability before everyone starts going off about how silly/ugly it is. Someone here needs to buy this. Maybe we should all chip in and buy it and pass it around like a...well you know...

I'm trying to think of a disability someone could have that they would be able to ride a trike and not a motorcycle? Still have to use your arms and legs....if you can't, how are you even getting on (not to mention shifting)? Obviously, not a sight impairment...although that might help to sell the thing. Hearing impairment....no.
Anyone? Just curious....

You can be partially impaired; be able to walk with assistance but not hold up weight when at a stop.

I think this is the 4th time I've seen it posted for sale.

He calls it a 'night hawk'...Isn't that Honda's starter bike? A 250 or something?

To my knowledge (as limited as it is) there are 4 Nighthawks. 250, 650, 700S and a 750. I found this photo on the web.700S on the left and either a 650 or 750 on the right.

Sheesh...you guys are all heart. As far as trikes go, that's one of the sportier around. Its not a goldwing or hog trike... so it has that going for it. A lot of trikes have hand controls too for those who are truly disabled in the lower extremities.

Yeah I can't be the only one to see a trike made with hand control for someone who has a disability and can't walk/walk well, or hold the weight of the bike up. I don't mean to be all serious but if it's made by/for someone disabled I think it's a pretty cool effort and a neat way to stay riding. If it's like the twin turbo hayabusa trike with 28" spinners on the back I saw recently that was just built for the hell of it then that's another story...

Yeah if it's for a handicapped person it's pretty neat.

BTW sorry this was a repost if there's another thread... I saw it last night and almost spit up my beer.

That would be awesome with one of those tow behind mowers. I'd be the envy of my neighborhood.

fixed

I'd like to have a trike eventually, but that one just screwed up the lines of the SH pretty badly.

I once mowed part of my lawn in my MC gear on a dare. The old lady next door has to think I'm crazy. Then again she is 83, so maybe she just cannot see me.
