Spark Plugs DPR9EVX-9

Ive been trying to buy the factory plugs but nobody sells them anymore!? How come? 5 honda stores and nothing and no ive been checking the internet and they say no longer available... Am i missing something here?

Running DPR9EA-9 NGK...

DPR9EVX-9 was the original platinum? plug for the VTR.
Honda changed the plugs to iridium several years into production. The new # is DPR9EIX-9 . See what you come up with searching for that number.

Would it make any difference if i used DPR8EIX9? I'M told its the same just a cooler plug. Will it still run right?

Summer hot temps, likely fine, cooler months, might load up. DPR9EIX9 can be at your mail box in a just a few days, or at local big box auto parts store next day or so...Put the correct plug in it and be done with the job.

Thanks man, yea i ordered the right ones, the guy thought he ordered those but he got tge 8s. Ended up finding my plugs so going to get them today
