Spark Plug Confusion

WOW!.. i had no idea how hard it is to get plugs for the hawk... my manual says NGK DPR9EVX-9.. and they dont even make those ... so finnaly i found the cross plug (at the thrid place i stopped).. NKG DPR9EIX9... and nobody had those in stock.. so after running around Toledo Oh... i finnaly ordered them at an Advances Auto Parts (the seventh place i stoped!).. got to Avanced at 8 pm, the plugs came in 10am the next morning!..

!So those of you who dont alread know, the Hawk takes an NGK DPR9EIX9 or 5545..(iridium)!

The NGK DPR9EVX-9 is a platinum tipped plug which was superseded by the NGK DPR9EIX-9 iridium tipped plug. They're both expensive and they both work.

Thanks for the info guys, I just picked up a pair of the iridium plugs for $6.99 each @ Murrays. I think they were on sale...
Anyways, I was wondering if these were the right ones.
I guess they are! =)

A motorcycle dealer should have them in stock, but getting them the next morning from an auto parts chain is pretty good. I changed mine at 12,000 and they were barely worn.
