Seeing clearly...

A previous owner had decided to clean my speedo and rear light lens with something abrasive..and left the lens' looking like a fog. Bugger! So I found a great solution. A spot of WD40 on a lint rag and wiped across the plastic lens - voila! Clear as a spring day!
Well pleased... though this might be useful to you guys....

WD 40 will fix anything...superficially. To take away the tiny abrasions for good, try a cleaner wax like Mothers FX Synwax. I found that wax works great on any hard plastic. It scrubs off the surface area and exposes a new one. It worked great on my windscreen and should do the trick for you
