You can find seat cover options on eBay, though I know nothing about their quality. You can also find stock seats or aftermarket Sargent or Corbin seats on there at a much steaper price point. I think you may also be able to ship you seat to Sargent to be recovered, again at a higher price than do it yourself covers on eBay.

 

I got this one on eBay. It fit really well and the installation wasn't too bad in terms of getting it to sit right. I like the carbon-style look to it, but they also have a more stock-appearing option if you prefer that. Has a bit better grip than my worn out stock vinyl too.

That one definitely looks worth the $69. Plus it's not a flat piece of vinyl, it says it's already "pre-fit" so that should make the job of stretching it much easier. I'm no expert but I've done a few Second-Look covers and they came out pretty nice. If you've ever stretched a canvas over a frame it's not unlike that. I will tell you some sort of powered staple gun will make your life MUCH easier as the plastic seat pan is pretty tough. I suffered through using a manual stapler like an idiot and you have to push them in perfectly straight to get them started and then push them in all the way manually with something like a large flat blade screwdriver. It's doable just more time consuming.
