Rear brake switch.

can anyone post some pics of thier switch while its mounted on the bike. I have recently lost my brake light from the front and rear switch. I even think the brake light is staying on. ive unplugged the front swich and made sure the plunger wasnt stuck in. but im unsure of the way the rear switch is supposed to be mounted (something about mine doesnt look right). thanks in advance

Do you have a multimeter? You can test the switches. Once you determine that the switches are in fact working, you just keep going down the line untill you find the issue.

You check the fuses? What rear light do you have, stock or aftermarket (LED)?

Edit: Did that picture show what you needed?

I have an LED tail. And yes! That pic says it all. I'm going to work on the issue tomorrow when I get released from work. Will update on everything then! Thanks again!

thanks to your pic, i did indeed figure out that my brake switch was sitting in the hole wrong. it was causing my brake light to stay on continuously. a simple adjustment and, BAM! problem solved! thanks man!
