hopefully somebody has a pic of an rc51 swingarm conversion.... just curious to see what it looks like.

I can post pics later today. I have pics of the completed bike and what the swingarm looks like after I modified it so it is the same length as the vtr swingarm.

looks great guys! probably a lot more work than i'd like to put in it, but it sure did pay off! has anybody added a brace to the stock swingarm?

Hey that swingarm looks familiar Is that mine? Yeah I'm currently polishing my sp2 swingarm before I mount it up. Yes I currently have a braced swingarm. It's a pretty easy job and really looks awesome. I also polished it so it stands out a little. Either 900rr swingarm brace will work. You simply have to carefully cut the brace off the 900r swingarm and weld it to the superhawk swingarm. In addition if you cut off the caliper bracket "slot" or holder or whatever it's called off the 900rr swingarm and weld it place of the one on the superhawk, and use the 900rr caliper bracket your rear caliper will clear the brace nicely.
