Not sure where to start

So my bike has been a little weird when it's not fully warmed up and it generally occurs in first gear but I have noticed it in other gears never at speeds >50mph. To me it sounds like the bike is not combusting in one cylinder, but it's only momentarily and goes away. I am not very familiar with carburetors but I would guess that it would be a clogged line. I did do a search, but I was not sure how exactly to describe the noise when entering in the search bar and consequentely didn't find that much. Any help is appreciated.

Also I was curious if it would be bad to add fuel cleaners to the tank?

A little seafoam couldn't hurt but it sounds more like a ignition problem to me. It's kind of rare for spark plugs to truly go bad but if your mixture is way to rich you could be fouling one or one may have weak spark. I would check the spark at both ends and make sure it's up to spec. That being said good spark at 1 atmosphere doesn't necessarily mean good spark at 150psi.
