New Guy in ATL
Hey Everyone,
After patiently waiting for the right one I just found a 1998 Super Hawk, took it out all weekend and I am in love. The bike is higher mileage but has had a great life thus far and came with a couple upgrades : m4 exhaust, 520 kit, and a carbon fiber rear tire hugger. Nothing to degrade the value just enough to make it a lot of fun to ride and look at. The only other upgrade I have in mind is to strip and polish the lips on the wheels (still undecided). I've had all sorts of bikes but have gravitated toward anything big v-twin. The Super Hawk seems to be a perfect match and I will keep everyone up to date with the new toy!

thanks for the post guys! Higher mileage is 35,000 Mattaua. But, well maintained and so far no signs to be worried about. As for the pic there will be more to come just haven't had time. Till then, this crappy cell pic will have to do.
Welcome! And 35k is just broken in. My '05 is closing in on 48,000 miles.
My first bike, a modded '78 Honda CX500, had 72,000 miles on it when I sold it (it had 19k on it when I bought it 5 years earlier), and it was still running great.
