Need to find grip for tank that looks good
I don't like a lot of the grip tape they use for tanks I had StompGrip for a track bike but that still doesn't look that well what would look well for your street bike add pictures if you have any please

TechSpec makes a rubber-type pad that I know a lot of guys like.

I first bought the TechSpec "Lazer" (dropped from line) universal and it sucked. I contacted them and sent them my pattern and they made me a set of SnakeSkin" (with beveled perimeter and tag) in exchange for "free". It looks like they have tweaked my pattern a bit. I like the StompGrip more but they did not have it in black back in the day...
