Many threads on this lynchie. Many of them.

If LED flushmounts is your thing, I would suggest Watsens or Protons. Plenty of info here and on the net about both.

Watsen http://www.watsendesign.com/Honda_Pr.../Honda_new.htm

Protons (you buy the RC51 ones and they will fit the SH fine http://www.bikebandit.com/product/A5476155

Watsens are the most expensive but are the cleanest looking IMO.

The Protons are a nice alternative. Cheaper than Watsens and has a nice 3-mode (strobe, normal rate, fade) feature for the LEDs not found on anything else.

You will more than likely need to buy some load equalizers. I've heard that if you have stock rear turn signals than you can get away without having to add them if you use the Protons. Otherwise you'll defitely need a load equalizer for each turn signal F/R that has been changed to LED. You can pick those up at your local Advanced Auto for $9. Do not pay outragious prices for "fancy marketing" on load equalizers. It's all BS and should not cost you more than $10 EVER.

motojoe is an unknown quantity at this point
I used the medium/amber(122-9720) Flush Mount IV turn signals on page 173 of the LockhartPhillips catalog. The small one is too small for the hole and the large one doesn't conform to the curve of the fairing, leaving a gap. Hope this helps.

Yes you will need dual filament incandesent, proton LED, or watsen LED if you want running lihgts + turn signals like the stock configuration is.

Well i spoke with LP directly and they said the ONLY Flush Mount IV Medium available w/ Dual Fillament "action" is Iridium color which is LED not bulb... It is running light and flasher

Part Number is #122-9747 Medium Iridium "Dual Fillament" LED signal
New Rely is needed
Part Number is # 122-7515 Relay
He said this is the best fitting and looking for Honda VtR... Period...

I tried to order through him but he needs 40 dollars minimun.. lights are 17 and change and the relay is 10 bucks..

I run the 2-filiment LP Type 3's which are available from Chaparrel for less than $15 for a set of 2. I used dbl-sided foam tape and fabed an aluminum backet plate (also used foam tape) that I ran the screws thru and nuts supplied. easy install but not LED.

I actually have some really nice flush mounts installed. I will see if I can remove them to find out what brand/model they are as the previous owner added them and not myself.
