Hey everyone i took my Hawk out to the track this last year and i just unscrewed the mirrors from the holder instead of taking the whole thing off (didn't want to find bock off plates to help hold the fairing up) and now i cant find the order that the bolts where in to save my life if someone knows or could take a picture of what its should be on a stock mirror that would be Great.

There are no washers involved stock.

 

I think he means he removed the bolt where it pivots...

 

Ok. There is a large silver washer (2) that fits perfectly into each side of the black arm (there are recesses in the black arm for it). On the far/thread side of the bolt (still inside the pivot), outside that silver washer is also a large gold washer (slightly larger than the 2 silver washers). They were nice enough to mark it "outside" and that is shown in the last pic). On the other side (bolt head side, still inside the outer part of the pivot you left on) right on top of the silver washer is a smaller silver (has a hint of gold) washer (2nd pic). NOW lol, outside the pivot, against the inside of the bolt head is the gold nut, and then the silver split washer directly against the inside of the bolt head (first pic).

Damn it's kind of a pita lol... I'll try to post a picture or two to make it a little easier...

 

Thank you man i almost had it right the only thing i need to change is where the lock washer is and the smaller gold washer.
