altosuperhawk is on a distinguished road
I just got off the phone with Prestone Cutomer Service. When asked about phosphate or silicate content in ANY of their coolant products I was told that NONE of the Prestone coolants have any phosphate or silicate content. ALL types of Prestone are claimed to be safe for water pumps and alloys. I change mine very two years or 4,000 miles and use only distilled water.
