A little progress on the nekkid bike
It has been nice until now, so I have been riding and not working so much. The weather has turned crappy lately, so I have gotten a little bit done. Here is the before pic, when I got it:
I have done a little work since, primarily to the front end, but also some engine detail. I am sure you all can tell what, so I won't list it.
Up next: losing weight in the hips, and single seat!

I like your headlight choice a lot more.
Can you give me a little more info on the gauge.? Like how much it was, where to find it, how well it works etc those kind of things. I am always looking for decent setups for my cafe builds. Thanks

Thanks for the props, guys! It is a work in progress, and will be changing significantly in the near future. I will post as it does. Still got some more work to do on the polished frame, too, but it is getting there.
The side cover was done with a couple drill bits; just gotta measure and make 'em all the same size.
The gauge is an Acewell 2383. It is wired directly into the stock harness plugs and harness, except for the Hall effect sensor and the tach pickup. Also, since it reads off the front wheel, gearing changes have no effect on speed accuracy. Plenty of features, I highly recommend this gauge!
The headlight setup is great as well. I have the high beam set to run on super low current draw running light circuit, so that there is virtually no draw on the charging system during daylight hours.
